Watch now | We three OG book bloggers read for a living, and we agree: these beach reads make the perfect picks for your wild and precious summer 2026 days in the sand. Put down your phone; pick up these books!
Margarita Liberaki's novel "Three Summers". A sweet and nostalgic story of three sisters for three summers, written with imagination, humor, and enthusiasm. And if you have a sister or two, it is even better!
The Five Star Weekend is in my KU pile right now, so Iโm excited to hear itโs good! You know I loved Yesteryear, and I just saw Jo Piazza also suggest Go Gentle & American Fantasy, which I have on hold from the library along with the newer Lily King. Now, I just need the beach. Love all these recs & hiiiiiiiiii BTB!! ๐๐
My favorite beach read to date might be The Paper Palace, but I agree, The Five-Star Weekend was great too. And I loved Summer of 69. I can't wait to read Go Gentle!!
One Italian Summer by Rebecca Serle is my favorite!
Emily Henry. I enjoyed People We Meet On Vacation. They are fun and entertaining.
American Fantasy by Emma Straub
Carley FortuneโฆThis Summer Will be Different, One Golden Summer, Every Summer After
Love anything by Annabel Monaghan!
