totally agree with all of your assumptions. Because, in reality, there are MANY exceptionally smart people that don't have exceptional success.

Agree and the real world shows you this! And smart doesn’t hit the same way in the real world, other factors matter too.

I agree that Rory would be struggling with trying to find her passion in writing if we followed her 10 years later (can't believe it has been that long).

I completely agree with this prediction for Rory and all your reasons why. (And it’s made me want to rewatch A Year in the Life too!)

I agree with you. But I’m a romantic, and I’d still like to see her with Jess, the only man who really saw her. After all, writing Gilmore Girls was Jess’s idea. And I can see him on Substack too.

It’s possible, especially given how AYITL played out. I can see him on Substack too! I can see it if he ended up in Stars Hollow too.

I think we need an updated revival.

I heard Lauren graham saying she wants to be like Downton Abbey and do something like a Christmas show or a one off kind of check in.

Love this! I feel the writer's life struggles for real. Earning as a writer is a struggle bus, for sure. But my brother pointed out to me recently that there aren't a lot of people who follow their passion like I'm doing. So I guess that's something :)
